Company research on LLSTED is currently available without charge. If we introduce paid plans or features, the price, billing period and what is included will be shown before you buy.

1. Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions, where offered, renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, and access continues until the end of the period already paid for.

2. Refunds

If you are not satisfied with a purchase, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review your request in good faith. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

3. Billing errors

If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us promptly so we can investigate.
