30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a paid plan within the first 30 days, contact support@llsted.com for a full refund. After 30 days, subscriptions are non-refundable except in cases of proven technical failure on our side.
Digital nature of the Service
Because the Service is digital and access is granted immediately, refunds after the 30-day guarantee period are at our sole discretion. Unused portions of annual plans are generally non-refundable.
Cancellations
You may cancel anytime via your account dashboard or by emailing support@llsted.com. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
