These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Llsted platform (“Service”), including the Investing Philosopher, Snapshot Journals, S.I.F.T. Score™, and all related features at www.llsted.com and client.llsted.com.
Company Llsted Technologies Ltd (company number 17081028), incorporated 10 March 2026, registered office Office 17859, 182-184 High Street North, East Ham, London E6 2JA, United Kingdom. We voluntarily follow the CFA Institute Asset Manager Code of Conduct.
Acceptance By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service The Service is a personal AI co-pilot (“Investing Philosopher”) designed to help users apply disciplined, long-term, margin-of-safety investing principles (“Where patience meets wisdom”, “Clarity Over ChaoS – Conviction Over Time”). It is not financial advice. All investment decisions remain your own responsibility.
User content & journals You retain ownership of your Snapshot Journals and theses. By submitting content you grant us a licence to process it solely to deliver and improve the Service.
Prohibited conduct You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to provide financial advice to others, or in any way that violates applicable laws.
Subscriptions & billing Plans are clearly described on the pricing page (Free 30-day trial, Easy Starter £4.99/mo or £50/yr, Pro £19.99/mo or £89/yr). Prices in USD (local currency shown at checkout). You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability The Service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for any investment losses, decisions made using the platform, or indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
